Rooms:

• Our B&B room rates are based on double occupancy (two people), and include our delicious continental breakfast.

 

• B&B check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. unless by prior arrangement.

 

• Breakfast is served between 7.30 a.m. and 9.30 a.m.

 

• B&B check-out time is 11 a.m.

 

• We require a 50 percent deposit for rooms, with the balance due on your arrival.

 

Gites and Apartments:

• Our self-catering accommodation rates include all electricity, cooking gas, bed linen, towels and normal cleaning.

 

• Gites check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday.

 

• Gites check-out time is  by 11 a.m. the following Saturday.

 

• Weekend stay is from Friday at 6 p.m. to Sunday at 6 p.m. and allows you to make the most of your weekend away.

 

• A deposit of 20 percent is required on Gites, with final payment to be made 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

 

• A security deposit is required on arrival.  This deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, less an amount for any breakages, damage or should the gite require 'excessive' cleaning.

 

General:

• We accept cash, personal cheques in Euro's, bank transfers, or PayPal payments. 

 

• A final cleaning service is available at a cost of 75 euros.  This will be the amount deducted from the security deposit if the gite is not vacated in the same condition as upon arrival.

 

• Cancellations must be received at least 10 days prior to arrival date, or we cannot refund your deposit.  Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance coverage in the event of a cancellation.

 

• We cannot provide refunds for early departures.

 

• Pets may be accepted by prior arrangement.
